Clubsnballs is a locally-owned golf club repair facility located in Capital Golf Center, 9820 Capital Blvd, between Raleigh, NC and Wake Forest, NC, offering full service custom golf club repair and custom fitted clubs. Operated by Paul Greer, Professional Clubfitter, we are proud to have served the needs of golfers from Raleigh and the surrounding areas since 1992 and have dedicated ourselves to providing the best customer service available.
From high-tech custom golf club repair including spine alignment, frequency matching, loft and lie adjustment and MOI Matching to simple regripping and reshafting, our work is performed in a timely manner. We treat your clubs as if they were our own. We look forward to seeing you in our store and getting to know you as one of our friends.
CUSTOM GOLF CLUB FITTING
Whether a beginner to intermediate golfer or advanced to professional golfer, we should be playing with custom fitted clubs. No two people are the same size and shape, and off-the-rack one-size-fits-all simply doesn't get it. Come by and see us and we'll help you to understand why you should be playing custom golf clubs and how simple the process really is.
PRODUCTS
When doing either custom golf club repair or crafting custom fitted golf clubs we use the finest components available. The clubheads we use primarily are from Tom Wishon Golf Technology, Geek Long Drive, and Miura Golf, world's finest forged iron head. The clubhead iron designs ranging from oversize cast heads to tour-type forged offered by these folks are more than adequate to meet the needs of any golfer.
Shafts?? Can be very confusing as there are hundreds upon hundreds of graphite shaft offerings available. For graphite we use mostly Accra Premium Shafts (none better), UST's Harmon HTD, and Swing Science Golf's filament wound graphite shaft. We have yet to work with ANY golfer that we were unable to fit using one of these products. By the way, Accra was the leading shaft on Nationwide in 2008 and Accra continues to be a huge winner on the PGA Tour in 2011. 2011 - Clubsnballs designated one of fifty Certified Accra fitters for the new Tour Z shaft, making available 16 weight/flex combinations ranging from 45 grams to 85 grams. We use the Club Conex interchangable shaft fitting system on-site.
For steel shafts we offer primarily FST by Femco Steel Technology, KBS Tour shafts (we believe the best) - fast becoming the most popular shaft on the Tours, and Project X.
Wishon Golf has provided us with our leaders in irons over the years and now we added the Premium Japanese Forged Irons by Miura Golf and are an authorized fitter for the Miura Product.
